Chitties of Rs. 500000, Any One?

We, at KSFE Attingal Evening branch, are planning to launch two chitties with a total amount (sala) of Rs. 500,000/- each: Rs. 20000 x 25 and Rs.5000 x 100.

Rs. 20000 x 25 – Rs. 500000/-

This is a short-term chitty. It will be completed by just over two years (25 months, to be precise). This is ideal for those who want money urgently (or say, within a year or so). If you can wait for 10 or 12 months, you can avail a prize money of more than Rs. 450000/-.

The installment for the first month is Rs. 20000/-. From the second month onwards installment amount will vary from Rs.15000/- at first to Rs.20000/- in the last few months.

This is an excellent investment scheme for NRIs and businesspersons. Please get in touch with us if you are interested, as we need five more numbers.

Rs. 5000 x 100 – Rs. 500000/-

This is an all-time favorite KSFE chitty. (However, if you want to avail prize money within a year, please join the five-lakh-chitty of 25 months.). This is more suitable for those who want to save money.

This chitty has duration of 100 months. The first month’s installment amount is Rs. 5000/-. From the next month onwards, you need to pay only Rs. 3750/-, normally for just over 40 months. If you win the chitty in these months, you will get a prize money of Rs. 350000/-. The winner is decided by draw of lots.

If you win the chitty and deposit the prize money as a fixed deposit (FD), you get Rs. 2479/- as monthly interest at the current interest rate. You have the option of transferring the interest to the chitty. That means you will have to pay only Rs. 1271/- (3750 – 2479) per month for the first 40-odd months.
