KSFE Pravasibandhu Chitty Started; Subsidiary Company in Gulf in January

The finance minister of Kerala, Dr. T.M. Thomas Isaac, inaugurated Pravasi Bandhu chitty scheme of KSFE in an elegant function held at Kanakakunnu Palace, in Thruvananthapuram, on December 1. This is the fourth straight year that KSFE is launching this scheme, which offers plenty of special offers and prizes for NRIs and their relatives. Subsidiary Company in Gulf Region

Dr. Thomas Isaac said the subsidiary company for starting operations in the gulf region will be registered in January next year. The subsidiary company is expected to act as a window between KSFE and millions of NRIs who want to invest in the profitable and secure chit funds of the company.

He also emphasized the role that government undertaking like KSFE play in ensuring smooth functioning of the state’s treasury. He said that more than a thousand crores of Rupees is needed for the proper development and maintenance of the roads alone. Public sector undertakings, including KSFE, have a huge role to play in mobilizing fund for such development activities.
